Charles Ramsden was established by Chet Ramadan, a forward thinking construction cost and project manager who has worked with major practices in UK and abroad on a variety of projects in many sectors. He has worked extensively with London based commercial and residential developers and leading contemporary Architects delivering quality architectural projects to tight budgets and timescales where attention to architectural details required without compromising project budget. Appointment is normally through recommendation or repeat business.
All commissions are lead and delivered by an experienced practice direct or through the life cycle of the construction project. This ensures that suitable strategic and practical advice is provided at all times.

Chet has a strong and diverse background relating to the construction, commercial property and banking sectors. He has extensive management & leadership skills and has over 35 years of consulting & corporate experience.
Chet is responsible for the Commercial Management of a number of projects within the UK and overseas. He is experienced in new build and refurbishment for commercial, public, education, and industrial sectors and in all aspects of pre and post contract services including business case planning, cost modelling, whole life costing and various procurement routes.
Chet has grounded experience in Quantity Surveying, Project & Commercial Management. Additionally, he has extensive risk management and strategic planning skills.
